"Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDİK)" numbered 30105 was published on 23.06.2017 and entered into force as of 23 December 2017. After the pre-MBDF notifications are completed, the registration period has started as of January 1, 2021. Until 31 December 2023, registrations must be completed for substances produced and imported with 1 ton or more. In addition, the Regulation on Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Substances and Compounds (SEA Regulation) is in effect from 11 December 2013. Setaş has completed its Pre-MBDF and SEA notifications, continues its KKDİK registration process in accordance with its schedule and is the Lead Registrar for many items within the scope of KKDİK. In line with its aim to develop products that have the least impact on human health and the environment, Setaş closely monitors the process for product components within the scope of the legislation and fulfills its responsibilities and offers products that comply with KKDİK and SEA.
